“Rob has been my coach / personal trainer for the last 12 months. I have been very pleased with the results I have experienced. After years of training I had come across many personal trainers and self-proclaimed ‘training Authorities” most of which gave advice that was not very practical. Since working with Rob I have significantly cut down on the amount of time spent in the gym – yet increasing my bottom line results (as a self-employed professional this is a huge asset, because time is money.)… I would recommend Rob to anyone who wants to loose weight or improve their health.”

Dear Rob

“We wanted to express our thanks to you for making our son, Danny feel a part of the track team this year. As the season began you planned some very important team-building experiences for the runners… at age 14 Danny has learned to feel confident about himself, and to believe in his own abilities. Running has given him a healthy focus…what more could parents ask?”

Sincerely,
Steve & Michelle
